7/03/2002 - Best Birthday present I'll ever get

Nowadays some kids get presents and the ones they remember are the ipads or iphones but for me on my 7th birthday I got the best birthday present I know I'll ever get. As you can probably tell from the photo my birthday present for my 7th birthday was a puppy.

Alaska

We were in Wales visiting my Nan and Grandad, we drove to a farm and it wasn't until she was sitting on my Nan's lap looking out the window as we drove off and my mum said "So what are you going to call her?" that I realised she was mine. With the earliest memory as we drove back to London when she was sat next to me in the car, and decided to throw up and casually eat it again!

Now 13 years later unfortunately Alaska is no longer with us but no present will ever beat the feeling of finally getting your dream, which was having a puppy.

April 2014 - Conditional offer to study Football Business and Media 

UCFB Wembley open day

I can remember the day so clearly! My UCAS offers (universities I applied for) had changed to conditional offers a week before but I was too stupid to realise what it even meant. The teachers as they do wanted to check students UCAS offers for any changes, it wasn't until they told me that I finally realised I had been accepted and all I had to do now was get the grades.

I didn't tell my mum until I could tell her face to face but once I finally got home she was already out taking the dog for a walk. So I decided to ring her and catch up with them somewhere as she had only been out for about 5 minutes.

Once I finally told her she just screamed and then finally hugged me. It's moments like this I think I'll remember she was so happy for me and even a tad emotional. The dog however didn't seem too bothered and just gave my mum her ball as if to say "throw it then".
